If you decide to cancel, as long as the products have not been distributed, we will be pleased to give you a complete refund. We will handle the refund if you email us with your order number and shipping address ([email protected]).

We are unable to reuse the medication once it has been delivered because it has been labeled and packaged especially for you. You won’t be able to cancel your order after it has been filled because of this and the rules governing prescription medication, and we’re unable to provide you a refund. For the avoidance of doubt, you will not be able to return your order and we will not be able to issue a refund if you got it but later decided against it (at any point after it was dispensed).

If you want to amend or cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible after placing it because orders can be processed and delivered the same day they are placed.

You will receive refunds on the original payment card you used.

Please be aware that Weight Loss Remedy only sells drugs and products that are approved in the UK and does not produce any medications. If the effectiveness falls short of your expectations or if you are unable to drop the appropriate amount of weight, you are not entitled to a refund. Because taking medication can have unpleasant side effects, we are unable to provide a refund if you experience any of them. To avoid having to trash the medication if you can’t stomach it, we do advise getting the least quantity possible when you first place your order. According to the laws regulating the sale and supply of medications, prescription-only medication cannot be returned or refunded.

faulty or damaged goods

If you believe you have received a defective device or pen, please email us as soon as possible and within 24 to 48 hours, and we will check into the situation for you. You will be required to send the unopened pen back to the pharmacy through recorded or tracked delivery along with a detailed explanation of the problem. The malfunctioning device will be delivered to Novo Nordisk, the manufacturer, for further evaluation, and a case will be initiated with them. The device will be replaced without charge if it is found to be defective. Note that the process could take up to six weeks. After receiving your order, you have 45 days to report any defective pens. We won’t be able to replace any damaged pens after this point.

Unless we specifically request it, please DO NOT mail any products, medications, or pens back to us. Unless we have specifically requested a refund in writing via email, we are required by law to delete them once they are received and are not responsible for doing so. This also holds true for medicines that have been returned to us after failed delivery efforts.

Please be aware that Weight Loss Remedy only sells drugs and products that are approved in the UK and does not produce any medications. We do suggest placing orders for one item alone.

By purchasing medication from Weight Loss Remedy, you acknowledge that the efficacy may not meet your expectations and that you may experience side effects that are not listed. You also acknowledge that Weight Loss Remedy will not be liable to issue any refunds if the product does not work as intended or causes any side effects, whether or not they are noted on the label or by the manufacturer.

Send us an email at [email protected] as soon as possible if you received the incorrect order, but no later than 24 hours following delivery. We’ll look into the situation and handle it appropriately.

If your products have not yet been delivered:

Items are exclusively delivered through a tracked service, and you will be notified by email or SMS when your order has left the warehouse. In the odd event that your shipment disappears, you will have the choice of a complete refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

However, if the delivery was attempted and you weren’t present to accept it or if you provided a wrong mailing address, your order can be sent back to us.
